What is your return policy?

Unthrown discs, or unused items may be returned within 30 days of initial purchase. Customers may choose from the following options for items returned in new condition:

  1. Receive a refund of the amount paid for the item, minus a 10% restocking fee, issued to the original credit card.
  2. Receive the full amount paid for the item returned, issued as Store Credit. Returned items should be shipped back to me atDirty Discs and Dyes Returns8 Regal Ct, Newark, DE, 19713
    Please include a note in the package with your name, email address, and whether you prefer a refund or store credit. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We’ll reach out and distribute the credit as soon as possible after receiving the returned package. If the item has been thrown or used, we cannot accept a return on that item.

Incorrect Item Shipped

If we make an error with your order, we will either pay the costs for the incorrect item to be returned, or potentially offer an alternative solution to rectify our error.

Do you have a physical Store?

In a sense. I’m working and shipping out of my home currently. I do allow people to come browse and pick up their orders, but that is by appointment only. I’m located in Newark, DE. Feel free to reach out through email to schedule a time to stop by to see what’s in stock or to pick up your order.

How long does shipping take?

Typically you will receive shipping confirmation within 24 hours of placing your order. Orders received before 3pm EST will generally be packaged and shipped same day. Any shipping delay, such as being out at an event, will be noted on a banner at the top of the screen.

Is the picture of the actual Disc or Product?

For the most part, Yes. But, I’m currently a one-man operation so there are instances where there are a number of identical discs listed together. Rest assured, if you click on a red 173g disc, that is exactly what you will receive. Any obvious variances (color patterns, stamp patterns, weights) will be listed and pictured separately.

When you make a purchase from Dirtydiscsanddyes.com we collect some of your personal information. This information is only used to fulfill your order with Dirtydiscsanddyes.com and contact you in the case that a correction may need to be made. Your information is not shared or sold.

How do Pre Orders work?

A pre-ordered item is a commitment to purchase that particular disc model and/or plastic type, without knowledge of the exact weight and color. If you’re looking for a specific disc, please wait until inventory is live on our website. When weights are entered for pre-orders they represent a weight range, and not an exact weight. For example, if one option is 160g, and the next is 170g, a selection of 160g may be a disc anywhere between 160-169g. Once the pre-order items come in, we will reach out to each person who purchased a pre-order with available options in the weight range that was purchased.

Pre-Order Shipping Policy

All items purchased in the same order will be shipped together, after the latest pre-order disc arrives. If you want to receive in-stock discs immediately, please make a separate order from your pre-order. No! What you are seeing on the site is the manufacturer’s weight for each disc. If the disc comes in a weight range (173-5) you will see either the weight range or the weight it was scaled at. Generally, the manufacturers listed weight is +/- 1g. If you are in need of a very specific weight, feel free to reach out via email and I will be happy to put discs on a scale to get you the best possible disc for your money.

Do you have discs available to dye? Yes! I generally have quite a few blank and white discs that are not currently listed on the site. These will eventually be listed for sale under custom orders, but feel free to reach out to see if I have any that are not currently listed. Generally, I remove the best dye discs from my stock for custom orders, so they’re ready for your request.
